Regarding broadband connection

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have applied for the bsnl broadband internet connection on 08.11. according to the their norms i should get the telephone connection on 10.11.2009 and internet connection on 13.11.2009.

but due to carelessness of lineman and concerned bsnl officials, i have't got the connection yet.

due to this, i have suffered a lot, huge loss in business, mental and physical trouble.

I have contacted their officials so many times, they are not taking the calls and if fortunately connected, they are giving absurd explanations.

Please kindly consider this matter as early as possible.
