This is to inform that my father Mr I R Saxena has taken the government plan. Your customer executive Mr Dilip Yadav (Contact No: 9967543551) visited our residence on 13th September 07 with the plan. The no allotted to us was 99870530117. The Cheque No 407425 of Rs 500 dated 13th September 07 drawn at The Thane Janata Sahakari Bank, Kalyan West was given which got cleared on 21st September 07. Receipt no B071433 dated 13th September 07.

The number but didn’t get activated. We have also returned the Sim to the customer executive who came to collect us. We were assured that we would receive the deposit within 45 working days. But we have not received till date.

Thus I request you to please send us the deposit back. Thanking you in anticipation.
