Not getting receipts

I have been airtel post paid customer for close to 3 years.
i pay my bill through reach communications, shenoy nagar branch, Chennai.
when i pay by cash, i donot get receipt, the employee/agent says that i will get alert on my mobile.
the latest incident being, i paid cash of Rs.515 on the due date on 8/04/04.till now neither did i get an alert nor has it been updated on the billing account. When i call 121 they are not accepting the complaint as i donot have receipt no's.
such type of similar incidents have been occuring frequnently at reach communications.
they are not maintaing bill books, registers, complaint registers, etc and are not divulging their names even. all these are aginst minimum customer service standards and hold bharti airtel services responsible.
i have registed numerous complaints agianst reach communications, but nothing has happened.
