Not getting receipts
I have been airtel post paid customer for close to 3 years. i pay my bill through reach communications, shenoy nagar branch, Chennai. when i pay by cash, i donot get receipt, the employee/agent says that i will get alert on my mobile. the latest incident being, i paid cash of Rs.515 on the due date ...
