Dear Sir,

I have forwarded this mail two times & there is no reply so kindly help me to get my pf amount.

Already submitted the forms as per hr managers instruction & while i contacted him for the followup he resigned & no details can be retrieved.

I missed the copies of documments & despatch details during my shifting. So kindly help us to clear this issue.

Dear Sir,

I was an employee of Bharati Airtel Services LTD May to Aug

with employee code B0054329.

Worked as senior officer in Airtel DTH Cochin Kerala.

I have resigned on Aug & as per HR manager asked (Mr. Felix was at

that time) I have send the Form 19 & 10C to withdraw my Provident fund

amount but I have lost the courier details.

Till now I did not recieaved any confirmation regarding this & I could

not able to track since my salary info is not with me.

So I kindly requesting you to advice me what I have to do to get the

issue solved.

At least just provide my salary information with the employee id just

mentioned above.
