Non reciept of policy bond 5003241188 & 5002998572

Sir/ Madam,

I, Abhishek Sekhri had taken 2 policies from Bharti Axa Life Insurance company with no 5002998572 in my name & 5003241188 in the name of my wife Since the date I have purchased the policies there have been a couple of issues withthe company. The following are as follows:

1. No policy bond till date for both the policies 5003241188 & 5002998572 have been sent to me despite repeated requests & reminders to your company. f.

2. I had asked for ECS service to be deactivated on my bank account & credit card, the co. had confirmed the same through email dt 6/6, however my bank account was then debited by company dt 07/06. After I protested through email dt 9/6, company had apologized for the same & said the same would not be repeated. However on 15/6/09 again my credit card was debited Rs 1000/-.

3. The credit card ECS mandate form was fraudulently signed by officials. I have sent the scanned copy of my signatures to company through email dt 3/7. However, the same is not considered as my correct signatures by officials on a/c of reasons best known to them
