SUB: REPLY CUM FINAL NOTICE TO YOUR LEGAL NOTICE Ref. No. LN/GKC/SS/15305/28, DTD. 05/05

Dear Sir,

This has the reference of your legal notice as subjected above, I would like to bring your kind attention towards the contents detailed below :

(1) Since Nov. Nov. 2008 I received over billed amount in my airtel mobile bill, subscription bearing no. 9818534205 & A/c No. 102-100994702

Please check and verify the Bill No. 849043553 & Bill No. 876156486. These were over billed.

(2) I had requested to Airtel customer care service to settle down my bill and then permanently disconnected my subscriptions

My various mail regarding this issue are attached herewith as an evidences.

(3) I also had various conversation with the Airtel customer care executives on these issues, details are as under below :

(a) Executive Name: Ms. Pooja

Communication No. : 860669022

Date : 10/02, Time : 10: 15 AM

(b) Executive Name: Ms. Shweta

Communication No. 861462643

Date : 11/02, Time : 12:35 PM

(4) Each and every executive had a request not to discontinue relationship with Airtel by disconnecting my subscription

and convert this from postpaid to prepaid connection with the same mobile number.

(5) One executive Named Ms. Shweta gave me a waiver of Rs. 358/= against the total incorrect and overbilled amount

charged by Aitrtel.

(6) Last payment through cheque was made of Rs. 217/= after deducting the waive off amount from total amount

This amount was paid as per the advice given by executive after giving waive off.

(7) As advised I had request to Airtel outlet in Sector - 29, Faridabad for the conversion of my subscription from postpaid to prepaid.

Application was given by Sec. 29 outlet but SIM CARD was issued and activated by Sec. 15 outlet of Airtel

(8) As per the Sector - 29, Faridabad Airtel outlet record, my total unbilled amount was of @ Rs. 44/ at the time of my request

for conversion. I paid this amount by cash at the Sec. 29 outlet counter same time immediately abling them to process my application for conversion.

This cash payment was made between Date 10/02 to 17/02. Airtel record of Sector 29 outlet, can give the exact date, time and amount also.

(9) After Paying this unbilled amount of @Rs. 44/= there was no any pending or outstanding amount against my subscription, as per the record shown in

computer of that outlet.

(10) As per my application my postpaid subscription No. 9818534205 was immediately deactivated same day, to convert it in prepaid subscription

bearing with the same Number.

(11) Again a call received from airtel and hence issue was discussed again with customer executive.

The executive transferred my call to "RETENTION DEPARTMENT OF AIRTEL"

and the conversation was held with Ms. KAVERI, and she also conformed the waive off amount of Rs. 393/=

The details of this conversation was as detailed below:

Date : 12/02, Time : 4: 23 PM

Issue discussed : (a) Waiver of Rs. 393/= (be) Unbilled amount balance for payment by me = Rs. 216 / and Piase 26.

(12) My postpaid subscription was activated by issuing SIM CARD No. 8991100810141256530, Recharged of Rs. 100/=

got a message on my Mobile Vide message center 9810051905, Transfer ID: 415932411.

Again recharged for Rs 99 / = and got a message vide message center 9810051905, Transfer ID 420547427 Date : 20/02.

(13) This conversion was made as there was no any bill and amount was pending for payment for the post paid subscription.

(14) As per the Airtel rule no any postpaid subscription can be converted in to prepaid one until or unless any dues pending.

(15) Again I received a letter from Airtel and as per this, I discussed and clear the same issue with Mr. Ashish Gandhi on his

Mobile No. 9650394672. He gone through all these details and after verifying the details he conformed that now there is no any unbilled

amount is pending / outstanding or due which to be pay by me and the issue has been closed now.

(16) But after this, I received legal notice which shows that there is lot of communication gap and mismanagement in Airtel offices.

The Airtel officials are doing lot of mischiefs and mistakes without going through the actual facts and reality as well.

Airtel is now just doing mental harassment of their valued customer by sending these type of unjustified legal notices which has no

any meaning.

(17) Now this is my last and final mail and NOTICE as a to give the clarification of all issue, after this if I will receive any notice in future, letter or any call

from either from Airtel or any of other authority or person then I will be free to take a legal action by going in consumer court

and demand a very heavy compensation for this harassment.

I will also take the legal action against the person, advocate, individual, agency or any of one who will do again any type of mental harassment

on behalf of Airtel intentionally.

This is the reply of legal notice sent by you, and I assuming that now you will terminate all your legal action and first you will go through

the details furnished by me in this mail and the attachment too.

I am working on a very senior position in a Honda group Japanese MNC, and availing the services of AIRTEL as CORPORATE SERVICE

for our more then 150 employees. I will also cancelled all business and dealing with Airtel and raise this issue in media / electronic media too.

Airtel must understand that this type of loosing any opportunity/business not only damage the image of the Airtel but will also

sink this company in big financial trouble too.

So this is my humble request to please go through the real facts that I have no any pending amount or unbilled amount which to be

pay to Airtel by me now. I am also bearing the same subscription number still 9818534205 but as a prepaid connection now.

So you can understand that how there is a possibility of any outstanding bill.

Hope you will take this in a positive and supportive manner and hence closed this issue, otherwise we will meet in consumer court very soon.
