Exercise bicycle is not in good woring condition

earlier also my husband has submitted his complaint regarding the exercise cycle that we have purchased on 26-9-07 with a replacement warranty of 5 year from " Sports Mega mall" situated in 6, N azirabad Road, Lucknow [ uttar pradesh]. Issue is regarding exercise bicycle which is not working properly and everyday one or the other part of the bicycles comes out and every day i have to hook it up. When i told this problem to the shopkeeper he said that he will be sending some mechanic to fix up th prablem but he dint send anybody on the next day and the coming days also and whenever iused to call him he tells me that some one will be reaching their within half an hr but that was all fake so when i called him n told him that we will be launching complaint against him in consumer forum he said that go to consumer forum first and let those people come to me than only i will settle your issue.

this is my humble request to please look after the issue as for the second time i am writting this complaint i have great exepectations from you as one of my relatives issue get settled down by your sites help.
