Refuse to provide bill

Dear Sir,

I purchsed a 200 ml pepsi from this shop. The MRP of the said product is Rs 8 and i was charged Rs 10. After repeated request the shop keeper refused to provide the bill of Rs 10 and threatened of dire consequenses.

The crux of the matter is not about charging extra but refusing to provide the bill. Which is considered as national loss.

Request you to look into the matter and do the needful. Also please find the shopkeeper details below.
