Not recived my property papers

I have taken home loan from BHW home finance ltd. I have paid my full amount (balance) to company by cheque on 26/08 an dit has been cleared on 29/08 in my account.

But till date i have not received my original property papers. My account no is NOD/001746 in the name of Gaurav sethi.
