Less number of items delivered against the billed

This is against the Big Bazaar branch at Rave Moti, Rawatpur, Kanpur. Once they bill the items they seal the bags but it becomes diffcult for the customer to open the seal packing again to verify that the number of items they have been chareged with the number of items delievred are the sam e.

We were charged for 18 items although we received only 17 items. The code 8906002157235 Big Elichi the QTY billed is 3 but packed were 2 that we came to know when we opened the pack at home. The price is Rs 50 each. My bill number is T21/25924 dated 17/01 .
