Incorrect pricing

Hi, I had purchased Gemini Soya oil from Big bazaar, Mysore Road branch on 2nd OCtober. I had bought 10 packets of oil and the MRP mentioned on each packet was Rs.75/- and they had billed for the same value. When I reached home and checking the bill, I realised that the price of the oil was Rs. 75/- whereas all the shops in the city are selling for Rs.54/-. Big bazaar was selling this product more than the market price.

On contacting Bigbazaar, they refused to refund the difference value. If bigbazzar selling a product with the difference of Rs.24/- per liter, pls calculate the value of the money they are making by fooling the customers.

This is not a issue of Rs.240/ - which I have lost but the bad business practive this company is following. I wrote a mail to Mr. Kishore Biyani, head of pantaloon group and there is no reply to my mail.

Please stay away from such a fraudulant company and please spread a word to all not to buy at Bigbazaar.
