Big Baazaar Cheating the customer with delivery dates

We have bought a full Bedroom set from Big Bazaar Satara Road Pune, On 17th Aug. The delivery date promised on my bill is 31 Aug. But when it didnt arrive on that date we were told it would be done on 8th Sep 2008. We acknowledged that; understanding that there may be a delay. We were told that the delivery had almost reached them (the delivery was made from chennai... and they said it has reached Bhiwandi) So they would be doing the Quality checks and then would deliver on 8th of sept. But when we called them on 8th, the reason we got was something diffrent, not they say they can only deliver on 15th sept as they are out of stock. If they are out of stock how did they took payment from us for that product. Also as they had promised us the delivery saying that the product has reached Bhiwandi; i guess they were just stating utter lies either that time or now. I demand a full refund of my money back, and just tell my fellow people never to buy anything from big baazaar; because of they hignly un-proffesional behaviour... thumps down to Big Baazaar... and a big booo to them... I hope my money is returned back or either the delivery is done as per promised today .i.e. 8th Sept.
