Double amount taken for a single product through debit card

Espected sir,

i bought a soft toy worth rs 799/- from big bazaar, inox, lucknow, i payed the sum of rupees from my SBI debit card they swapped my card three time due to some error first two times it did not respond but third time it accepted the card on other machine, when i checked my account after 5 days they have taken double swapped value that means 799/- & 799/- and when i asked for the refund they are just telling of formalities to complete to refund money, and are making excuses, so plz see this matter and help me out plz,
