For not giving the benefit under a advertised scheme

My bill no-Tr 5851. counter no-6. amount of bill Rs2080.00. time of bill 13.24 dated 04.02.2012.

todayafter billing i came to know about the offer that if i would have recharged Rs 100/- in my T-24 account then i would have got some coupen of free sugar. immediately i contacted the floor manager and depo manager, but strangely they very cleverly escaped saying that offer is prior to made billing. as i m a bonafide customer and deprived of my bonafide claim of such offer which was not intimated to me by the billing counter instead of resolving my greviance the staff simply avoided me.

really a shame and unexpected thing for such an orginasation going with such dumped man power.

expecting for a quick and purposeful reply.
