I bought this Vacum cleaner Model (KVC 180), at the date of 20-02-08, at Big bazar - L.B.Nagar, hyderabad.

Thy have been given 2yrs of waranty From date of purchasing.

On 26-02-09 I got sum problem with that product then i called to the (Jeeves Consumer service pvt ltd. Uppal, B, IDA industrial area, Hyderabad-500039) appearance on warranty card. the called number is 040-64591168.

Till now i didnt get back my product, and still those people saying that "parts are not Avila"

So pl.. kindly take sum action on this company and help me.
