I have taken printout of passport size photo on 11th April from your bigbazzar thane store.

Complaint1:

First you have told me charge 39 Rs and you have taken Rs 58 at the time of transaction. Already raised complaints in register.

Complaint2:

Today I got my ICICI credit card report then I have come to know you have swiped my credit card two times and you have taken double money but actually you should take 39 Rs.

How you can swipe credit card two times?

How you can give wrong information and take more money (Rs 58 instead of Rs 39)?

Please cancel one transaction and return my money back.
