Big Cinemas, Experience the Difference - That was their QUOTE

we are having a very bad experience in Big Cinemas Ganesh on Last Friday 3rd April at 2:15 show

We went to watch "AYAN" Tamil movie at 2:15 show and bought tickets for Rs.55.

There is no Cool drinks available at the stall said that "not available" they didnot allow a water bottle from outside, in the intervel they provide mineral waters in stalls not the cooldrinks and ice cream (melted) and corn (fried) provide in seperate stall was very bad quality.

I have real bad experience is "they shutdown the AIR conditioner" in the middle while movie was running all people start sweating and the temperature goes high in few mins (in SIVAKASI the temperature during April was from 34-40 degree. on that the temp was 35 degrees), during the film they run Airconditioner for only 1 hour for 3 hours running time (including interval) i enquire about the staffs they said this usually happen even i demand them to switch on the AC they didnt.

A worst EXPERIENCE i have in (ADLABS) Bigcinema Ganesh sivakasi. i am sure never go back to the theater hereafter... and also recommend the people to dont visit this theater waste of money...
