Vouchers of bigcity from standard chartered are of no use

I got big city promotions movie and dining vouchers from standard chartered bank with my credit card.

These vouchers are almost use less. I tried to book for a dinner 3 times. i haven't any response for the first time. then after they are giving me only 2 restaurants to choose from the list of 15 to 20 restaurants they show for pune for a weekend. As these 2 restaurants are too far for me to go. I have no choice to cancel them every time. I tried to book for a weekday. same response. So there are only 2 restaurants to chooose for entire pune city.

I have booked for a movie for a sunday using the movie voucher. I got the call and they given me the Winpin number to book the tickets in bookmyshow.com. After an hour i started booking my tickets and got a message "WinPin already used". I called back immediately but they wont respond on sat and sunday. As i have already planned for a movie i payed the full amount.

So in this way the vouchers of no use for me. Just waste of my time and money on calls and mainly mental peace.
