Non delivery of movies

I had become member of this company on 24 Dec08. on 27 Dec 08 one DVD of a movie was delivered to me. on 05 Jan 09 I asked for pick up request and so far (21 Jan 09) no has come to pick up or deliver a movie. In between I have been talking to their customer care at 39885454. Every day they tell they are trying to solve the issue but not doing anything. Three times they said that the list has become zero and that is the reason they are not able to deliver. I had to update my list four times wasting lot of tome as the site updation is very slow. When the movie list is full then they say they are trying to solve the problem. I strongly suspect that they are only making the list to zero so as to avoid delivery of movies.
