Non delivery of the product

Igshoebazaar is a big fraud and the worst ever online shopping experience and night mare u will face ever in ur life.

i have ordered for a reebok shoes of mrp 2599 on sep3rd and i got a conformation email and given the order number 1535821 .

for the first 15 days there was no response from them.

after calling them repeatedly they said the product is out of stock and again after calling for another few days continously they said they r going to refund the money back.

and suddenly they say the product is available as the product of the day at a discounted price for 1099 and will refund the rest of the amount 1500 and deliver the product.

i got the cheque of 1500 but still till oct9th did not recieve the product, on 7th october they say it has been dispatched and again calling up on 9th october they say the product is out of stock.

Just postponing by cooking up some stories daily... if u order any product in bigshoebazaar its a waste of money, ur precious time, peace of mind and ofcourse even ur phone bills calling them daily for a period of one or 2 months.

donno if the cheque of 1500 rs will bounce back or it wud be credited.
