Shoe delivery not received

On 25th August i had made an order for a pair of shoes on bigshoebazaar.com. My order and payment was confirmed the next day, saying that it will be delivered within 4-7 working days.

It has been 20 days since i had ordered, i have not received the shoes, nor i have received any status of my order

I had mailed them twice regarding the status, but the only reply i received was that it is on hold.

My money has been deducted from my account, and there is no guarantee that i will get my order or the shoe.

Bigshoebazaar.com is big fraud online store.
