Installation Pending in Kharghar, Maharastra

Hi,

I purchased the BigTv connection in October and still (14th Jan) they are unable to Install the connection in Kharghar, Maharastra. They provided so many new complaint numbers and Installation request numbers before the closing but the same problem at last. I am very helpless regarding the same.
