Non functioning of set box

I bought big tv in oct 08.for the last 02 weeks, the big tv is not functioning.i called customer care several times.but no body responded.these are my complaints nos.89116008, 89629878, 89752148, 89826720, 899000442.almost, every day, i have been complaining, but, in vain.my dealer is not also responding.please, help me
