I am sikandar chogale one of your coustmer of BIG TV.Sir I would like to inform you that I have recharge my big tv at 1:32pm but still my big tv service is not working. I had call many times at yor coustmer care service but they all response the same that it will start after 10-15minutes at first when I called they said it will start with in 4hrs but it is now more than 7:30hrs and still service of bigtv is not started.
