Complain about remote

Dear sir,

i have the problem in my remote and to solve it i complained on 10/oct (complaint no.-110872421) but no action was taken from your service centre in 48 hours so i again compalined on the suggestion of customer care dated 12-oct (complaint no.-1432763627) but again no action was taken from your service centre in 48 hours so i again compalined on the suggestion of customer care dated 14-oct (complaint no.-111141234) and again complain was closed according to your customer care executive.

as you can see that i complained 3 times but no action was taken, so i request please solve my problem.
