Very poor service

Hello sir/madam,

I bought yamaha fzs from bikerz two months back on sister's name..they are treating me like a bull shit til now.

Initially they told that they wil deliver bike in just five days on loan..but they took more than a month to deliver and they made me to come each day from my home to their place which is more than 15 kms for giving all kinda documents.

Day by day they asked one new document.

I dint consider this as a big issue and one fine day they delivered the bike.

when i went for registration i came to knew that they deliver the wrong bike to me.

No one gave a good response for that wrong delivery including owner Mr. Navukarasu.

I was frustrated coz for this registration purpose i took off on that day.

After a big argument they gave me new bike with the actual chassis number allotted to me.

People working there are giving lame excuses for each n every thing.

Now they are not giving my discount amount from yamaha which i applied at the time of getting bike.

Nearly 3 months they have taken for this.

I dont know why the hell they are charging fee of Rs.982 for giving me RC book and insurance and while asking reasons for that i'm getting 2 different explanations for that.

I'm not a fool to believe this n thats why am writing this complaint.

Pl do necessary action on this.
