Defficiency in service

Purchased Used car Maruti Swift ZXI No. KA25N4975 from Maruti Authorised True Value dealer for my son. While delivering the car on 15.07.2008 the Sales Executive Mr. Ravi promised to deliver Srelated documents: Service Manual and Maruti Engineers Certificate within two days and RC Book duly completed by RTO within one month. But despite repeated reminders and intervention by Maruti True Value Official of Kolkatta non of the documents received til date.

I thought purchasing a car from Maruti True Value dealer will be safe and hassel free. As such I bought a Maruti Vehicle although my son was more interested in Hyundai Getz. Now I repent my decision.

Please take immediate action and direct your Dealer to deliver the documents without any further delay.
