Withdrawal of PF/EPS – Account No. 3653 (employee ID 2488/CTG 05)

I was employed in B.E. Limited, Hydeerabad from February 1997 to August 1997 (7 months) and was contributing to PF/EPS.

At the time of my resignation, I had submitted Form for withdrawal of amount from the PF & EPS Account. Though 12 years have passed, I haven’t received the amount from the PF Commissioner’s Office. I presume, my applications must have been misplaced, hence I again submitted fresh applications in Form No.19 and Form No.10C, on 18th Feb to the employer and requested them to kindly verify their records whether my earlier applications had been submitted to PF C’s Office. and if not submitted earlier, to help me by submitting the fresh Forms.

so far, I have no acknowledgement from B E Limited nor has any reference to quote.

I seek your support to get my dues from the PF Authorities.
