Duplicate sim

Hi

Someone has been calling and receiving calls from my BSNL's sim.

How is it possible? Is it possible to make a duplicate sim??

And if yes how come both the sims are active at the same time??

And how to trace the person or block the sim??

Please help me as I am in a lot of trouble.
