Sir,

I have bought an “Ecogen” 2000AS model generator for my home use.

My present concern is after sales service, Last day I made a call for service, they picked the phone and informed that they will call us later, but they never called back. I have made around a dozen calls, but they never picked the phone. Please advise how to go ahead for the service of your Genset.

I have bought this unit from an agent at Kanhaghad, Kerala, India.
