VODAFONE TERRIF VOUCHER

Sir, MY MOBILE NO. IS 9719450059 of vodafone company

My terrif voucher has been deactivated on 24-9-08. I recharge with a new terrif voucher which serial no. is 686810876. But if got a message "RECHARGE NOT POSSIBLE". When compaints customer care. He says that a terrif voucher of rs. 29 has been recharged on your no by the company. You have to wait for 1 month. My call rates on other mobiles is 1.00 rupess.

This problem of not recharging terrif voucher has been also occuring by me last month on date 21.8.08. then i complent on customer care. he solve it in 3 days on 24.8.08.

I want to know why this terrif of 29 rupees is activated on my no without informing me.

I want to recharge terrif voucher of rs 74/- Please solve my problem.
