Birla Sun life insurance
Issue policy without my permission

One agent came to my home to make a new credit card and taken sign at a few places using trick. Later they used to buy a policy of Birla Sun Life Insurance in my name using my credit card details. After contacting the Birla Sun Life Insurance office at J.K.Millenium Building, Kolkata, I found that Advisor Suvajit Rakshit has used this with the help of his manager, Mr. Babul Halder. Later they assured me to refund the money via freelook. But it is yet to be reverted. This is their business policy. The Birla Sun Life HeadQuarter is also not taking action in this regard despite of several request and phone.
