PF not trasferred for 12 months

I have left the company (Birla Sun Life Insurance) on 22 March. Also submitted the PF transfer details/ forms to the company. Still, Birla Sun Life Insurance is not ready to transfer my PF money. They are giving me excuse that due to technical error, the settlement is delayed for last one year and not ready to commit the timeliness about settlement.

I am totally confused about How to get my hard earned money from such greedy organisation.
