Not received my Original policy Doc

Dear Sir / Madam,

I have invested in Birla Sun life's half yearly plan in the 1st week of APril 09 & my cheque of Rs.10, 045/- has been debited from my kotak bank on 9th April09, but still till date I haven't received my policy documents, Ms. Shweta (My adviser) has committed me to provide my documents within a week but more than a month completed still I am wondering for my original documents.

Please help me out in this regards as soon as possible, otherwise I want my whole money back with interest amount. I will not at all invest in BIRLA SUN LIFE in future, b'coz whatever services I received from Birla's executives it was not at all satisfactory at my level.

I don't have any doc. to attach.

now I don't want to waste my money & time for taking a follow up for the documnets.
