Not recieved any policy document

I Taken A life Insurance policy on 24-april from Birla Sunlife Insurance Company Limited.plan name-Dream Plan on Half Yearly Premium Mode. App. No:- A24045414. on the name of sonal (Life Assured).

Address: H.no-96 sector-14 urban estate karnal.

But till date today I have not recieved any policy documents.against this I have launched number of complaints on the company toll free number but I have not got any response from company side the compalint which was launched.

1. dated-14.05.2009 complaint no 007292331.

2.dated-21.05.2009 complaint no.007405362.

All the time they use to say your policy documents has been dispached to your branch but when I use to confirm from branch they use to say we have not recieved any policy documents.against this they have launched a complaint also. Any when I have confirmed from karnal branch they use to say we have not recieved any policy documents. I am getting very much harassed and not getting any response from company side.

plese provide me justice.
