Policy document not received

Hi,

My policy bearing No. 003322821, of which they provide me has been approved and start charging me Rs.2000 on my credit card account. I was supposed to be start charging me from the month of November, accordingly to the person (liar) who visited at my home.

Now, when I ask them to cancel my policy they says that I need to received the policy document, however I have not yet received the kit so far, and its been more than one month passes by.

I am helpless please help me.
