Cancellation of dealership without any legal notice

Narshing Automobiles was sanctioned the dealership of birla tyres in the month of October. As dealer narshing automobiles fulfilled the target given by the company before the time given. Suddenly on 17th December when the staff of narshing automobiles went to the company to bring tyres with a demand draft ask by the company the day before, the staff was denied and the company official informed that the dealership has been cancelled so he cannot give the tyres. Today narshing automobiles is helpless n under monetery problem as lots of money has been invested. when the company officials was contacted they couldnt give the valid reason for the cancellation of dealership and they told that they are giant company and if i complain then it doesn't matter to them. KINDLY HELP ME OUT.
