Birthday Cake from www.Rediff.com
Item Not Delivered On Time

I ordered a Birthday cake on 28th Sep 2010 from www.rediff.com "Shopping" vide Order ID 6098082, to be delivered to my sister residing in Faridabad, Haryana today, 29th Sep 2010. The current time is 9:30PM IST and the cake has still not been delivered at my sister's address. I tried calling the Rediff.com Customer Care number 02224449144 Extn 333 several times through the day. However, nobody attended the calls. I also submitted an online request on the Rediff website for Customer Support. However, I have not receivedany response from the Rediff staff. There is a facility on the Rediff website to track the order status. It's currently showing "Awaiting Dispatch". Please help redress this instance of unfair trade practice from Rediff.com - Deepak Kumar Mobile: 9780009686.
