False Information

I gave my 3230 Nokia handset for repairing camera and keypad on 5th Jan'09 at 10.37 am and I was told to call them at 5 pm to get the status. I called up at 5 sharp and was told that it's ready and would be delivered the very next day. I went to collect it on 7th morning. I checked the camera but it wasn't working. Then they told me that there's a prob with my memory card. Changing memory card would it seems solve the problem. I then asked for another memory card and it wasn't working still. I actually had to take time from my working hours and go there. Can anyone from Nokia Care actually tell them not to give false information? My job sheet number no is 1278.Hope this message gets to the concerned person and action is taken against people who don't value others time.
