Activating the packs without informatino and diducting the money

Respected Madam/Sir,

I am Himanshu biltoria, This is to inform you that i am a customer of Reliance India Mobile GSM services, my mobile no is - 8010009104. I have a complained regarding regular ACTIVATION OF VARIOUS SERVICES whose permission is many a times not given by me.

Now the Question of concern is that today i.e. on 27-05-11, a service has been activated on my same mobile number & Rs.30 has been deducted from my mobile balance, I already requested to disconnect this service and give my money back on Reliance Customer Care. But they didn't give any response and not give my money back.

A similar thing happened 2 month before as well when my balance was deducted. This is a clear case of cheating. Customer care people do not even talk properly.

So please look into this matter that's why my problem could b solved.
