Activating the packs without informatino and diducting the money

Respected Madam/Sir,

This is to inform you that i am a customer of Reliance India Mobile GSM services, my mobile no is - 9014568683. I have a complained regarding regular ACTIVATION OF VARIOUS SERVICES whose permission is many a times not given by me.

Now the Question of concern is that today i.e. on 29-04-11, a service named ''MITTI KE RANG '' has been activated on my same mobile number & Rs.30 has been deducted from my mobile balance, while a day earlier on 28-04-11, I already requested to disconnect this service on Reliance Customer Care.

So please look into this matter that's why my problem could b solved.
