BlackBerry 85200
Not getting BlackBlack support net facility

Dear Sir

At present I'm residing at Chhinwara (MP). A month ago I purchased BlackBerry 8520 set from Nagpur Airtel office as it was not available in Chhindwara. I was compelled to take prepaid Airtel connection as postpaid connection facility was not available in Chhindwara. After that

to get BlackBerry support internet I tried several times to customer care on 121 & 7070, Nodal Officer and many other officials of Airtel / BackBerry. More than four

weeks are going to passed but no solution has been made and I, m Suffering, Airtel is shifting to BlackBerry And BlackBerry to Airtel.

I hope n.a.will be taken with in 2/3 days to sort out my problem.
