Keypad no light

I bought this Blackberry 8520 from your shop " M/s Fine Connections - Irla - Mumbai" on the 29th Sept Bill no: 27705.

I have complained to the dealer about the handest keypad NOT getting lighted up -at times - when I want to use it. Kindly let me know the course of action as I am very sick and tired of running from pillar to post - before I am let with no other action but to go to the Consumer Court.

Kindly treat this as a serious matter.. to avoid negative publicity.
