Poor service

Customer care centre are not cooperating with customer

my handset was not working properly

after 7 days they replied as follows

Thank you for contacting Redington’ Black Berry Support Centre

Your Black Berry handset bearing IMEI no. 351893052471292 given for service against the Work-order no CHD/BB/12/02053 was sent to Blackberry High Level

Repair Center for further repairs.

The handset did not meet warranty criteria. The handset is irreparable due Liquid at key pad (due to liquid board delaminating apologies for the inconvenience, the handset will not be considered in warranty.

As already mentioned in our receipt, you are requested to kindly collect the handset from the service centre by paying the inspection

charge of Rs.220
