Speaker Phone not working

Dear sir,

i just purchased a new handset blackberry curve at 8:00 pm i took the delievery indian standard time, and i got that confirmed that the speaker phone is not in good condition and i went to vodafone store to get my device replaced at it have not even 10 hours i took the phone and i am getting harresssed vodafone people are not at all willing to exchange my phone i almost spent 28, 000.00 on the phone can you kindly help me out.
