Not worked after playing the very first song

Sir,

I bought a PHILLIPS Woofer MMS 430 from Jalandhar-Punjab. I came to my home back travelling 400 kms. i played the very first song, it worked and was felt well in sound, but it went off at second song and never worked thereafter. I took it to Phillips authorized service center in jalandhar only, it took nearly 1 month for them to repair it, i checked it after repaur, but after coming to home..it again started producing sparking noise in the main sound whenever operating the sound control button. not only this, its lead (cable) coming from my computer was also faulty. It was aslo leading to noisy sound.

so ultimately all this made a very bad impression of PHILLIPS products on my mind. After i never dared to buy PHILLIPS.

I called PHILLIPS customer care toll free no. also, but could not get good response.

this did not make any big difference to me, but definately it has made bad image of its brand. so plz infuture take care of all these things if you want to be a leader in the market.
