Hi SirMadam,
I have sent my luggage by your courier service (shipping number is 50071979672 and date -23/05) with insurance and I found damage in my CPU. i have send mailed regarding this to blue dart at their custumer care mailid.i got this response from them.
Dear Sir
We thank you for writing to us
This is regarding the shipment sent through our network vide airway bill number 50071979672 dated 23/5/09 to Gurgaon which was delivered on 28/5/09 at 1500 hrs.
We wish to bring to your notice that this shipment was delivered in intact condition and there were no exceptions or remarks made by the consignee at the time of delivery. The copy of the POD is enclosed for your reference.
Please note this case of damage have been brought to our notice after more than 24hrs of delivery of the shipment whereby its not possible for us to carry out the investigation to a logical end to acertain if the exception occurred in our network or not.
In view of this it will be very difficult for us to justify claim settlement for this shipment
for future, we request you to bring any exceptions to our notice immediately after delivery or at least within 24hrs of delivery. This will enable us to do a proper investigation in absence of which we will not be able to settle the claim
