Late deliveries

I really needed a courier (It was suppose to delivered that day), called up blue dart pune main office about 47 times the same day. They gave me khadkee branch number where no one answered the phone, in the evening blue dart main office connected my phone to khadkee branch and then they told m it would be delivered. Later they gave me the number of the delivery boy (They should have asked if would deliver and given me a response if possible or not). He switched off the phone after a while and the reason for which I had asked for the parcel is gone...
