To Bluedart,
I am Niteen from Jodhpur. I have two complaints regarding for your poor services. In october I have ordered an Dinner set from Homeshop18, But they contact me for my address and then tell me to wait at a place for 15 minutes. I waited for 2 hours but none of them come to me. After ward I go For the office of Blue dart in jodhpur and again they tell me to wait for 10 minutes and again I waited for more than I hour in the office for my consignment. Second Now I have ordered an Camera from homeshop18 and my waybill no . is 58507266182, which is to be delievered on 8 Dec. But when I tracked my Consignement for Status I have Seen they have comment as, "Consignee address is wrong." They never tried to contact me for the verification of my address and just put up a comment for that, How can they do that. I am now thinking to go to the Consumer forum For both of the companies, Homeshop18 and Blue dart for their lack of service and poor services.
